Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Made to order
Every Amore candle is poured after you order it. We pour, cure and pack your order within 1 to 3 working days.
You receive an order confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.
2. Delivery time and charges
Delivery: once dispatched, your parcel reaches you in 3 to 7 working days, depending on your pin code. We deliver across India.
Shipping charge: a flat ₹79 on all orders.
Free shipping: on orders over ₹999.
3. Heat and transit
Wax can soften in strong summer heat. Please bring your parcel indoors promptly once it is delivered.
4. Tracking
Every order has a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours after the shipping email for the courier status to update.
5. Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has left our workshop.
If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to send it again.
6. Damaged, lost or delayed parcels
Damaged: if an item arrives broken, photograph the box and the item within 48 hours of delivery and email the photos to service@amorecandles.com. We will send a replacement.
Delays: courier delays due to weather or festive volumes are outside our control, but we will always help you track a delayed parcel.
