Made to order
Every Amore candle is poured after you order it. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting. That is why dispatch takes a few days rather than a few hours — the wax is weighed, the fragrance is blended, the candle is poured, and it is left to cure properly before it is boxed.
Shipping & Delivery
Making & packing: we pour, cure and pack your candles within 5 working days of your order.
On the road: once dispatched, your parcel reaches you in 2 to 5 working days depending on your pin code.
Delivery fee: flat ₹79 on all orders, or free shipping on orders over ₹999.
Tracking: as soon as your box ships we email and SMS your tracking link.

Arrived broken? We will fix it fast
Candles travel in glass, and sometimes the road is bumpy. If your vessel arrives cracked or broken:
Photograph the box and the broken item within 48 hours of delivery.
Email the photos to service@amorecandles.com.
We send a replacement straight away — no need to ship broken glass back to us. If the outer box looks crushed on arrival, a quick unboxing video helps us process the replacement immediately.
Returns and the scent rule
Unopened and unlit: changed your mind? Send it back in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Lit or opened: once unsealed or burned, a candle cannot be returned unless it is faulty. Scent is personal, and we cannot pass a lit candle on to someone else.
Faulty candle: if the wick will not stay lit, the vessel cracks, or the wax pulls badly away from the glass, send us a photo and we will replace or refund it.
Cancellations
Standard orders: cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. Because candles are made to order, a cancellation after we have started pouring may not be possible — write to us quickly and we will tell you where your order stands.
Bulk and custom orders: these are hand-poured specifically for you and are non-refundable once made, unless damaged in transit or faulty.
Refunds and contact
Money back: once approved, refunds reach your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
