We believe fragrance can hold place and memory. Amore brings together Indian landscapes, familiar rituals and contemporary fragrance design to make the everyday feel more considered.

Fragrance begins with a place

A flower market before dawn. Salt air on the east coast. Incense that has sat in the stone of a courtyard for years. India is not short of smells, and most of them belong to somewhere you could point to on a map. So every Amore fragrance starts with a place we can name, and the name goes on the jar.

Atmosphere, then emotion, then memory

A candle changes a room before anyone says a word. The room changes how the evening feels, and the way an evening feels is what we remember later. We design for that chain: fragrance creates atmosphere, atmosphere creates emotion, and emotion becomes memory.

Ritual over routine

Lighting a candle after a long day. Preparing the room before people arrive. Twenty quiet minutes with nothing asked of you. A ritual does not need to be old or grand to matter. It only needs to be repeated with a little intention, and we make candles for those small, repeated moments.

Made by hand, made to order

Every Amore candle is poured after you order it, in our own workshop in Indore. Nothing waits on a shelf. Many of our candles burn on wooden wicks that crackle as they burn, a small sound that makes a room feel lived in.

Honest about what we make

We will not invent heritage. There is no ancient recipe behind these candles and no tradition we claim to revive. We name the key materials in every fragrance and keep our formulations private. When something is a reading of a place rather than the place itself, we say so.

Quiet luxury, Indian at heart

Premium, to us, means care: in the fragrance, in the making, in how a candle arrives at your door. It should feel Indian without becoming a costume, and beautiful without needing to be loud.
