Uses of Bergamot Essential Oil

• Aromatherapy — diffused or inhaled, its bright citrus scent is said to ease fatigue and lift the mood
• Bath — a few drops in warm bath water, mixed with a carrier oil, for a relaxing soak
• Massage — blended with a carrier oil for a calming massage
