Royal Rose — Wooden Wick Candle

In Kannauj the rose is not a garden flower. It is grown to be distilled, cut in the cool hours before the sun is up, and carried to the stills in sacks while it is still damp.

One note, held for as long as we can hold it. Rose alone — deep at the start, softer as the wax opens, never powdery.

Rose, single note.

The wick
Wood, not cotton. It crackles as it burns. Trim it to about 3 mm before each lighting.

Care
On the first burn, let the melted wax reach the edge of the vessel. Never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children and pets.
